Order Cancellation Process
You have a whole 24 hours to request a cancellation offer. You can approach our sales@shearlingland.com within the mentioned time after receiving the confirmation email. Therefore, we will proceed to further processing if your order hasn’t yet entered our fulfilment process. We will review the application and issue a full refund.
Checklist and Guideline for a Successful Cancellation
- If you make your request within 24 hours, you can receive a full refund.
- If you request after 24 hours, a 30% deduction will apply.
- After 3 days of shipping, a 50% deduction will apply directly to the total amount.
- Once your order is on its way, it cannot be canceled.
Return Guideline
If you want to return your product, it must be clean, unworn, have all tags, and not have undergone any customization. You must also attach images so we can review. Moreover, after completing the review method and full inspection, your request will be valid. Otherwise, your application will not be eligible for this process.
