For Shearling Jackets, our customers’ satisfaction and happiness are our top priority. Nothing is perfect, and we sometimes witness it. Thus, to ensure your peace of mind and fulfillment, we intend to make your shopping experience relaxing and hassle-free. Hence, we have created a simple refund policy for you all.
30-Days Easy Return
You can return any item if you are unhappy with it within thirty days after receiving your order.
Return Shipping & Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless they receive a product that is defective or damaged. This policy ensures transparency, and it aligns with the standard ecommerce policies.
Condition of returned Items
For a refund to be eligible, products must be in the original condition, including:
- Unworn
- Tags attached
- Original packaging includes
- No perfumes, stains or wear marks
Refunds may be partially or completely denied for returns that do not meet the conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
Refunds for jackets that are custom-made, personalized or made-to measure will not be given unless the jackets arrive damaged or wrong.
No Hidden Charges
There are no hidden charges, and there is no restocking fee on eligible returns.
Did you receive the wrong product?
You can contact our customer support team at any time if you received the wrong product. We will pay for the shipping costs and arrange for a refund or replacement.
Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it.
After this time, orders will likely be in production or processing. - Orders may be in production after 24 hours. In these cases, there is a 30% cancellation charge.
- For orders canceled after 3 days, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Didn’t Receive Your Order?
You can request a replacement or a refund if your order arrives late, damaged or not at all.
Defective or Flawed Item
If you notice any defects, notify us immediately and share clear photos or videos. Please notify us of any defects and send clear pictures or videos.
Manufacturing Issue
You can contact our quality team to assess the problem and determine the next step.
Return Address
Once your return request has been approved, our team will provide you with a return address.
Do not return any items without first receiving return authorization.
Refund Process
You will receive a refund to the original payment method once we have received and reviewed the returned item.
The refund processing time is usually 3-5 days depending on the bank or credit card provider.
